Within that time, she completed extra training including becoming a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner and having a level one certification with Chiropractic BioPhysics. This extra education has shaped how she practices today.

She believes in whole body wellness and often recommends proper exercises and nutrition advice to her patients, along with other wellness advice. Her office specializes in spinal correction which includes mechanical traction, neuromuscular reeducation and individual tailored exercises for each person who walks in. Conditions treated at Infinity Wellness and Chiropractic include low back pain, carpal tunnel, headaches, neck pain, posture concerns and so much more.

Outside of the office, Dr. Sara enjoys spending time with her family, including her two boys and her husband. She also enjoys daily walks outside, no matter what the weather, and baking an extraordinary chocolate chip cookie.
